For this reason, they must play the playoff to avoid dropping to the World Group I. Turkey, for its part, comes from winning 3-1 away against Slovenia in a series played on clay and indoors. According to the Argentine News Agency, this series will mark the return of the Argentine team to home soil, which had last played in front of its home crowd in early February 2024, when they defeated Kazakhstan 3-2 at the Jockey Club in Rosario. The series between Argentina and Turkey, corresponding to the Davis Cup playoff, will be held on September 18-19, or 19-20 of the same month. The venue has not yet been confirmed.
