Former President of the United States, Donald Trump, praised the President of Argentina, Javier Milei, for his management at the Casa Rosada. Trump congratulated Milei during an event at Mar-a-Lago, Florida, where both leaders exchanged mutual congratulations for their respective work.

"You have done a fantastic job in a very short period of time," Trump expressed to Milei, referring to the Argentine president's achievements in office. For his part, Milei highlighted Trump's victory in the elections and his bravery in facing the establishment, even risking his life during the campaign.

During the conservative gala, Milei and Trump praised each other, with the former U.S. president highlighting Milei's work to "make Argentina great again." Both leaders shared a moment at the event, although they did not hold a formal bilateral meeting.

Milei also met with Elon Musk during the gala, where he congratulated the billionaire on his appointment to the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency. The Argentine president aims to establish a Free Trade Agreement with the United States and improve Argentina's conditions with the International Monetary Fund.

Before departing to Florida, Milei held meetings with U.S. business leaders in Miami. His stay in the United States is expected to be brief, as he is scheduled to receive French President Emmanuel Macron in Buenos Aires, in addition to attending the G20 summit in Brazil and meeting with the Italian Prime Minister in the Argentine capital.

Former President Trump praised Milei's speech and emphasized the work done by the Argentine president. "It's incredible how you are fixing things," Trump noted, expressing his admiration for Milei's achievements in Argentina.
