President Javier Milei has traveled to the United States to participate in the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and deliver a speech this Friday. During this trip, it is expected that he will meet with Donald Trump. Upon returning to Argentina, Milei is scheduled to host the President of France, Emmanuel Macron.
Milei expressed on Wednesday that his administration seeks to advance a free trade agreement with the United States, taking advantage of the victory of the Republican candidate, without affecting ongoing negotiations with other powers such as China.
The president's stay in the United States will be brief, as he will receive Macron in Argentina on Saturday. Additionally, on November 18, he will participate in the G20 summit in Rio de Janeiro, and on the 20th, he will hold a lunch at the Quinta de Olivos with the Prime Minister of Italy, Georgia Meloni.
