President Javier Milei harshly criticized socialism and "collectivists" during his speech at the Endeavor Foundation Gala. In his words, he emphasized that "for every need, there will be a market."
Milei underlined the importance of not assuming that where there is a need, there must necessarily be a right, challenging the stance of socialists who defend that approach. According to the president, this perspective can be harmful and dangerous for the economy.
In his intervention, the president considered it essential to recognize that someone must bear the cost of satisfying such needs. In this regard, he highlighted that the market plays a crucial role as a driver of the economy, in contrast to ideas that seek to establish rights associated with needs without taking into account who funds them.
