Additionally, Gustavo Obregón, Gustavo Melgarejo, Fabiana González, and Griselda Reinoso are mentioned as accomplices in the case.
The local media El Norte reported that the draw for the judge in charge of the case will take place between Friday, November 1, and Monday, November 4, at the Jury Trials Office. Although a definitive date for the start of the trial has not been set, it is expected to take place in mid-2025. The group of prosecutors concluded the investigation, which consists of more than 8,000 pages and 352 pieces of evidence.
