A social media user has denounced the way speed controls are carried out on the roads of Buenos Aires Province. "It seems that they have to collect money by any means," is one of the motorist's forceful messages. According to the news agency Noticias Argentinas, the user @hectormoreni posted a video showing a unit from the Provincial Ministry of Security's Road Safety Enforcement stopped on the shoulder of Route 2, where an agent is issuing speeding fines to passing drivers. The incident took place at kilometer 226 of Route 2. The user's concrete complaint is that the speed limit sign of 60 km/h is intentionally obscured, allowing for fines to be issued. "Of course, the green sign covers it when you're driving," he wrote and exclaimed, "Beautiful, isn't it?" He also questioned who gives these orders and for whom they are intended. "This is not prevention," he concluded.
