The Supreme Court will be in charge of administering and auctioning off the confiscated assets, according to judicial sources reported by Agencia Noticias Argentinas. The decision by the Federal Oral Court 2 to seize the assets of former President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner raises questions about the fate of the assets she had ceded to her children, Máximo and Florencia, as inheritance. The court, which handled the Vialidad case, ordered the confiscation of the assets of the former head of state and other convicts in the case, including 20 properties that the Kirchner family will lose. This includes one property registered in the name of the former president and 19 properties inherited in equal shares by Máximo and Florencia Kirchner.
