The head of the Argentine Ministry of the Interior, Guillermo Francos, stated that the high authorities of the country did not choose 'for or against', but supported the necessary policy. According to him, the results of the vote do not mean that the constitutional principle of the presidency is being violated, which, as Francisco believes, is the key to implementing the country's policy.
Francos checked, that the option to discuss it was important to maintain the constructive opposition, proposing to form a 'mature democracy', where constructive discussions are possible. He noted, that the authorities must be accountable to the consensus, but just as Francisco, as the head of the ruling party, does not allow for mistakes in the country's management.
In his opinion, on the political stage in recent years, systemic attacks were carried out, such as the protests against the pension reform, the protests in the streets or the law on the inclusion, which was not without financing: '*If there were many protests, they were not financed by specific financiers, it would be harmless*'.
He called on the opposition to negotiate with the need for reforms, including changes in the labor and tax legislation and the law on inclusion. In his words, the proposals will be presented in the near future for discussion in parliament with new components.
As a result, Francos effectively created a new system of governance — BUP (bólet única de papel), which was supposed to announce the official results at 20:00. '*It was not a secret*', — he said, answering a question from the Governor of the province of Axel Kicillof, who combined in the need for a change to a better system.
In such a way, Francos sees in the choice of the Argentine policy the necessary support with the promise of dialogue and the submission of the budget principles.
