National Deputy Silvia Lospennato reacted with suspicion upon observing that the libertarians were tweeting the same thing just two minutes after the unfavorable result in the Senate regarding the Ficha Limpia initiative was announced. Lospennato, also a candidate for city legislator, was following the vote minute by minute from a television studio and was surprised by the unfavorable outcome that rendered the proposal to prohibit those convicted in a second instance for corruption crimes from running for elective office ineffective.

In a context of 36 votes in favor, 35 against, and one abstention that prevented the approval of the initiative, Lospennato denounced what happened as a "pact of impunity" and directly pointed to La Libertad Avanza. Expressing her indignation, the legislator mentioned: "There are people who benefit from Cristina Kirchner being in the field."

The PRO deputy interpreted the vote as part of a political strategy, accusing the libertarian government of pushing for the session despite knowing that the outcome could be unfavorable. Lospennato stated on the program "Una vuelta más" that if there was a maneuver behind the situation, it would be known. In a live broadcast from the Todo Noticias (TN) channel, the legislator expressed her discontent following the rejection of the Ficha Limpia project, of which she was the main promoter.
