Javier Milei Plans International Tour Amidst Key Events

President Javier Milei is preparing for his upcoming international tour that will begin on March 20 in Madrid and conclude on the 28th of the same month in Israel. During this tour, it is expected that he will advance the creation of a Memorandum of Freedom and Democracy in the fight against terrorism, antisemitism, and discrimination. This initiative, which has been in the works for some time, is of great importance to the leader.

In this context, Milei is focusing on designing an agenda that includes several activities in both countries. Among them, there is mention of the possibility of receiving the "Jewish Nobel" from the Genesis Prize Foundation in Israel. This recognition was awarded to him for his commitment to Israel and its democratic and freedom values, as well as for his support of the President of Ukraine during the conflict with Russia.

Before starting his tour, the president is considering attending a Vinci Compass event in Santiago, Chile on March 11. Subsequently, he plans to visit Madrid to receive the "School of Salamanca" Award for his defense of the ideas of freedom in Argentina. The ceremony will take place at the Riojano Center in Madrid.

During his stay in Spain, Milei plans to meet with a group of Spanish deputies aligned with his ideology, but he does not plan to meet with officials of Pedro Sánchez's government due to past tensions. After his visit to Madrid, the president will return to Israel where he will meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. It is expected that during this visit he will sign a Memorandum of Understanding and reinforce his commitment to the fight against terrorism.

The Argentine ambassador to Israel, Axel Wahnish, had previously anticipated President Milei's trip to Israel, a country with which Argentina has a strong relationship. The Argentine president's international tour promises to be intense and filled with significant activities both in Spain and in Israel.
