Morena Rial Accuses Program of Exploiting Her for Ratings

The influencer Morena Rial has expressed her discontent, stating that she was used by Carmen Barbieri's show solely to increase ratings, although she had not requested to participate in the El Trece cycle. In her Instagram stories, Morena mentioned that she accepted the invitation because she seeks to work through a difficult time in her life and try to change her course.

"I'm trying to change and thought this was an opportunity, but the real intention was that they used me for the ratings, and since it didn’t work out because the show already has a cancellation date, they decided to say goodbye to me without warning," expressed Morena Rial. The young woman also pointed out that the production contacted her several times to participate in the program.

In response to these statements, Carmen Barbieri explained on her morning show "Mañanísima" that she is not in favor of crime, but she does defend the integration of people who make mistakes in society. Barbieri criticized Morena Rial for, according to her, not caring about her son's well-being and continuously living making mistakes.

The controversy between Morena Rial and Carmen Barbieri seems to have arisen from the cancellation of Morena's participation as a panelist on Barbieri's show. In light of this, Morena wished success to the team and expressed that she is focused on her personal growth, although she felt disappointed by the treatment she received.
