Hayden Davis's lawyer, Yanina Nicoletti, suffered a hack on her X account (formerly Twitter) after announcing that she would appear before the Argentine Justice to expose those responsible for the $LIBRA scam. The cyberattack included changing Nicoletti's profile picture and deleting tweets from her account.
In her posts, the lawyer mentioned her intention to report the "true perpetrators" of the cryptogate, announcing a separate filing to the already opened case following the collapse of the digital asset. Nicoletti stated in a statement that, due to the lack of progress in the investigation, her team would present as a complainant and plaintiff to provide evidence that could help clarify the case.
In her statements, Nicoletti expressed her concern over the lack of state progress in identifying and effectively repressing those responsible for the incident. Given this situation, she deemed it necessary to turn to the Argentine justice system to seek the necessary judicial action.
