The legal battle between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi over their daughters Francesca and Isabella intensifies, with both parties seeking to establish their residence in Argentina or abroad.

Nara's legal team previously accused the lawyer of showing "a biased attitude" in favor of the Galatasaray forward. In another matter, Payarola mentioned the attempts of the girls to approach their father, facilitated by Nara, such as on the footballer's birthday or on the birthday of one of the girls.

"We all agree on the end to which this must lead. We feel that there are a lot of things that need to be off the table when seeking tranquility," said the lawyer in a mediation attempt. When asked if there was fear on the part of the host, the lawyer added: "There is no fear, but rather a reality. Both she and her daughters, through Nara, expressed their desire to live in Argentina."

One of the key points in the dispute between the ex-couple is the place of residence of the minors: Icardi would like to take them out of the country, while Nara defends that they remain in Argentina. Payarola emphasized: "Host Wanda Nara and footballer Mauro Icardi continue to be engaged in a legal battle over the custody of their daughters Francesca and Isabella, and in this context, they maintain that the center of life for the minors should be in Argentina."

Payarola mentioned Eugenia "La China" Suárez as part of the girls' family and pointed out that Mauro's partner has currently filed four lawsuits against the girls' mother that, in theory, should be part of a family agreement. The recent ruling was issued by Civil Court No. 85.

The criminal lawyer of the businesswoman informed that they are waiting for the final judicial decision on the custody of Francesca and Isabella and highlighted: "We understood that, from the court that intervened, there were not many clear things that we perceived as impartial rules."

Regarding the "unclear" axes, Payarola mentioned the hearing with the minors that has generated concern since December 21 due to the manner in which it was conducted and because a judge had to intervene in an inappropriate jurisdiction without a request.

In summary, Payarola expressed that the judicial decision is pending and pointed out problems with the impartiality of the rules in force in the process.
