The Criptogate $LIBRA took a new turn after the leak of a private message from Hayden Davis, one of the creators of the token, directly targeting President Javier Milei and his team. Dolabjian's post on X ignited doubts about the relationship between Davis and the Government, suggesting that the connection may have been deeper than officially acknowledged.
Milei, being involved in these accusations, denied any link with $LIBRA and claimed he only met Davis in October 2024, during the Argentina Fintech Forum. However, the lingering question is how Davis could have had privileged information about Milei's movements.
In the message revealed by the Radio Rivadavia journalist, Davis mentions that Milei and his team did not handle the situation as expected and that he wanted to carry out an important plan, accounting for every dollar involved. Additionally, he mentions his intention to reinvest the money in the market.
These revelations have raised questions about the transparency of Davis's actions, as well as the possible involvement of Milei in the $LIBRA launch process. Meanwhile, Davis is in an undisclosed location, under private security and legal advice. Prosecutor Eduardo Taiano will have to decide whether to proceed with the investigation and shed light on this matter.
