A leader of the Civic Radical Union (UCR), Agustín Rombolá, announced that he will file a criminal complaint against President Javier Milei. According to his statements on the radio program "Agenda990" on Radio Splendid AM990, the owner of the cryptocurrency met several times with Karina Milei and twice with the President.

Rombolá stated that this is the third time Karina Milei has promoted a cryptocurrency, but it is the first since she came to the presidency. The complaint arises after Milei promoted the coin $Libra, resulting in significant losses for investors. This is the second complaint in a few hours, joining another filed by a group of leaders who accused the president of illicit association and fraud.

The UCR leader accused Milei of being involved in fraud, conflicts of interest with his public office, price manipulation, and other financial crimes. In his words, "Only Milei's tweet is a business. If it hadn't existed, the cryptocurrency would have stayed almost at 0." Rombolá was determined in stating: "The party is over. See you in court."

Additionally, he announced that they are preparing a "class action" from the radical space to protect people's savings. In the morning, the leader had already hinted at the presentation of the criminal complaint against the Head of State.
