Body Found in Missing Person Case in Ricardone

Sofía Delgado, a young woman missing in Santa Fe for 15 days, was found dead this morning inside a thermal insulating material after a search and raids conducted in a rural road area of Ricardone. The young woman's body will be transferred to the Legal Medical Institute of Rosario for an autopsy under the femicide protocol, as two people were arrested during the operations.

During the night of Thursday and the early morning of Friday, five raids were carried out by order of Prosecutor Carlos Ortizoza at the Prosecutor's Office in the city of San Lorenzo. These actions were conducted by police personnel from the Regional Unit XVII and by the K9 canine brigade at different locations in San Lorenzo and Puerto General San Martín.

In the raids, a man and a woman were arrested, who will appear in a preliminary hearing in the coming days. Property surveys were requested, traces were collected, and mobile phones of the detainees were seized. Also, biological traces were collected, and materials of interest to the case that will be expertized soon were seized.

It was reported that the detainees Alejandro José Bevilacqua (35) and Miranda Leguizamón (29) are joined by two people arrested in recent operations, who may have a connection with Alejandro, the main suspect in the femicide. One of the detainees would be the owner of the workshop where a gray Peugeot 308 car was reported to have been present days ago.
