The National Administration of Social Security (ANSES) has implemented the possibility for recipients of family allowances and other benefits to collect their payments through a virtual wallet. This can be done online, and the available payment methods are bank branch, account credit (CBU), or virtual wallet (Mercado Pago or Plus Pago).
According to the official website of the agency, to receive payment in a different location, the established requirements must be met. The desired benefit must be selected on the platform. Those who are holders of family allowances must enter "Change payment method Family Allowances" and choose the current payment option.
It is important to note that the modification may take up to 60 days to become effective, and only those who receive family allowances can choose the virtual wallet option. On the other hand, beneficiaries in rural areas who opt for payment through virtual wallet or CBU will stop receiving the differential for the area.
Regarding the process for receiving payments through Mercado Pago, individuals who are holders of a pension or retirement must log in to Mi ANSES or the App, confirm their personal and contact information, and then go to the section "Payments and Change payment method for pensions and retirements."
In other news related to ANSES, there is a report about a $100,000 bonus that the Government will pay before the end of the month, as well as the elimination of a key tax for purchases abroad. Finally, a detailed payment calendar is presented for various benefits, indicating the payment dates according to the ending of the beneficiaries' DNI for each type of allowance and retirement.
