Five men were arrested on Tuesday for possession and trafficking of explicit sexual content involving minors. The arrests took place following a series of raids conducted in the southern and western suburbs of Buenos Aires, in the towns of Berazategui, Florencio Varela, Quilmes, and La Matanza. During the operations, 'highly positive' materials were seized, such as computers, mobile phones, and laptops.

Among the arrested are Guillermo Fernando Leguiza, 37; Fernando Chiodini López, 47; Tobías Valentín Zapata, 22; Mauro Diego Morales, 26; and Alan Gastón Villafañe, 36. They are all accused of 'possessing sexual representations of minors under 18 for distribution or trafficking'.

According to authorities, personnel from the UFI number 8 of Berazategui, in conjunction with members of Cybercrime Berazategui, identified the accused and carried out the raids. Once the operations were completed, UFI number 8 of Berazategui took charge of the preliminary investigation.
