The SMN also warned that wind gusts could exceed 100 kilometers per hour, while accumulated precipitation values between 60 and 90 millimeters are expected, although in isolated cases these records could be even higher. What an orange alert means In areas under an orange alert, the meteorological agency warns of dangerous weather phenomena for society, life, property, and the environment, and therefore recommended a series of preventive measures.
