Girl Reports Paternal Abuse in ESI Class

A three-year-old girl in Tucumán reported during a Comprehensive Sexual Education class that she was a victim of abuse by her father. After the case became known, an investigation was initiated that led to the adoption of important measures in the province.

The little girl revealed the situation while she was in kindergarten during an ESI lesson, generating immediate concern within the educational institution and activating the corresponding protocol. Authorities alerted the Capital Unit for Human Trafficking and Gender Violence of Tucumán, which began to investigate to verify the veracity of the report.

After the initial progress in the investigation, a search was carried out at the residence of the accused, located in the Bicentenario neighborhood. Although his arrest has not yet been made, his immediate removal from the family home was ordered, accompanied by a restraining order to prevent him from approaching the victim.

The partner of the alleged aggressor was appointed as a temporary guardian, taking on the care and protection of the girl. Authorities continue investigations to prevent any contact between the accused and his daughter and to ensure that the minor receives the necessary psychological treatment.
