Studies have shown that sleeping less than five hours a night can reduce testosterone production by 10-15%, which directly impacts physical performance and muscle recovery. It is essential to reflect on ways to improve the quality of rest and find solutions for uninterrupted sleep, such as using mattresses with technology that regulates body temperature and prevents overheating.
