The renowned actor Arturo Puig recently shared his deep sorrow over the loss of his wife and life partner, Selva Alemán. Six months after her passing, Puig revealed that he still finds it difficult to accept the absence of his partner and to process the idea of not being able to share everyday moments with her.
In an emotional statement, Puig expressed the impact that the simple carrying out of daily activities he used to share with Alemán has on him. "Maybe I am watching television, I see a scene with some actor and I gesture to comment on it, but I can’t," the actor recounted with anguish.
The actor described the close connection he had with his wife, emphasizing that they were very close and spent most of their time together. Alemán's sudden departure, due to a heart attack following an apparently mild stomach upset, left Puig facing the daily challenge of dealing with his pain.
Puig revealed that he still finds the feeling of not being able to see his wife again unbearable and mentioned how everyday life moves him. "I’m just getting by, day by day," the actor confessed, admitting how difficult it is for him to talk about Selva Alemán and the longing he feels for her.
In an appearance on the television show "La Noche de Mirtha", Arturo Puig opened up about the profound emotional impact that the loss of his wife has on him, highlighting the sadness that everyday life without her brings.
