The energy company informed through its social media that the massive blackout was caused by a failure in two high-voltage lines, thus affecting several substations. In response to the situation, they indicated that their technicians are deployed to fully restore the service.
In a statement, they emphasized that the supply has already been restored to more than 60% of the affected customers, which represents a significant advancement in solving the problem.
"Our technicians are working to fully restore the service," highlighted the energy company, stressing their commitment to resolve the situation as soon as possible and ensure the continuity of the electrical supply for all affected users.
