This morning, a serious traffic accident paralyzed General Paz Avenue after a high-energy collision that left 8 people receiving medical assistance. The incident forced SAME to activate a catastrophe protocol and the total closure of the highway for the landing of a medical helicopter. According to the Argentine News Agency, the incident occurred at 06:49 at the intersection with Fernández de la Cruz Avenue, heading towards Puente La Noria, where a private vehicle violently crashed into the guardrail.
Dramatic rescue and transfers. Due to the magnitude of the crash, three people were trapped inside the vehicle and had to be freed after intense work by firefighters.
