A man in Cipoletti, Rio Negro, has been remanded in custody for stealing a bicycle from a 14-year-old minor. The incident occurred on Wednesday at 4:30 PM at the intersection of Teniente Ibáñez and Río Negro streets, in the Flamingo neighborhood. The minor was riding his 29-inch bicycle when he was intercepted by the perpetrator, who was accompanied by another unidentified individual. The attacker kicked the teenager, causing him to fall off his bike, while the other person pointed a firearm at him to intimidate him further and seize the vehicle. Following the incident, a crime was reported to the police station, and minutes later, the accused was detained and identified through his clothing. The man was found in possession of the stolen bicycle. Charges of aggravated robbery using a firearm were brought against the accused, and he was remanded in custody based on the procedural risks of flight and obstruction of the investigation.
