In 2025, Argentina's exports hit a record US$87.111 billion, a 9.3% increase year-on-year. The soy complex was the main driver, contributing a quarter of total export revenue, followed by the oil and petrochemical and automotive sectors.

In 2025, the value of goods exports reached US$87.111 billion, marking a 9.3% annual increase compared to 2024. This growth was driven by a 0.6% decrease in the price index and a 10% increase in the volume index. Export complexes accounted for 93% of total sales, generating US$67.708 billion. The remaining US$19.403 billion came from the 'other complexes' category. The soy complex was the leading export sector, representing 24.6% of total exports and generating US$21.442 billion. China was the main partner, with purchases amounting to US$4.786 billion, followed by India (US$3.718 billion), Vietnam (US$1.228 billion), and Indonesia (US$627 million). The soy complex's exports were composed of: 39.9% (US$8.566 billion) in soybean meal and pellets, 33.7% (US$7.220 billion) in soybean oil, 22.9% (US$4.916 billion) in soybeans, and 3.5% (US$740 million) in biodiesel and other products. The oil and petrochemical complex ranked second with a 13.5% share (US$1.772 billion), boosted by the growth of Vaca Muerta. The automotive sector was third with a 10.1% share (US$8.784 billion). Other significant sectors included: corn (7.6%, US$6.660 billion), gold and silver (5.6%, US$4.886 billion), beef and leather (5.4%, US$4.727 billion), wheat (4.2%, US$3.649 billion), fishing (3.9%, US$2.091 billion), and sunflower (2.5%, US$2.175 billion). Dairy and other sectors had smaller shares.
