ANSES Payment Schedule Interrupted for Weekend in Argentina

The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) will interrupt the payment schedule for a particular reason beyond its control, delaying the collection of millions of pensions and benefits. According to Argentine News Agency (NA), this is due to the arrival of the weekend. This means the schedule will not be altered, and each person will receive their benefits on time and as scheduled. It is worth remembering that in January, retirees and pensioners on minimum benefits, as well as AUH (Universal Child Allowance) beneficiaries and social security recipients, are receiving payments with a 2.74% increase, in addition to a $70,000 bonus. The January Unemployment Benefit will begin to be paid on Thursday, January 22nd. On Monday, January 19th, the social security agency will resume normal payments to retirees, pensioners, and allowance and benefit beneficiaries.
