The Secretariat of Energy has set new reference prices for power, energy, and additional services for wholesale electricity market distributors for the period from January 1 to April 30, 2026. Resolution 604/2025 also updates, for the same period, the values for the public service of high-voltage electricity transmission and trunk distribution for each distributor of the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM) and the Tierra del Fuego system. According to the Argentine News Agency, distributors must support the reported energy volumes before their regulatory bodies to better direct tariff subsidies, while residential bonuses for users N2 and N3 remain in effect.
