This ministerial decision pre-qualified bidders who met the technical requirements set forth in the specifications, enabling them to proceed to the second stage of the process, which involves the opening of economic bids. This administrative act is scheduled for tomorrow at 10:00 and will be conducted via the CONTRAT.AR system platform. Additionally, the economic authority resolved to dismiss the offer presented by the company Ips Renewal S.A. for all items in the contest. This measure was taken in accordance with the recommendations of the ad hoc evaluation committee. The companies for sale include Alicurá Hidroeléctrica Argentina Sociedad Anónima, Chocón Hidroeléctrica Argentina Sociedad Anónima, Cerros Colorados Hidroeléctrica Argentina Sociedad Anónima, and Piedra Del Aguila Hidroeléctrica Argentina Sociedad Anónima. These provisions were established in Resolution 1910/2025, published this Thursday in the Official Gazette and processed by the Argentine News Agency. The firms that were pre-qualified and advance to the next phase include: • Alicurá: Edison Inversiones, Hidroeléctrica Futaleufú S.A. and its partners (including Genneia S.A. and Aluar), BML and partners (including Orazul Energy), Central Costanera S.A., Central Puerto S.A., Pampa Energía S.A., ENEL Argentina S.A. and ENEL Generación El Chocón S.A., and Aes Argentina Generación S.A. • El Chocón: Edison Inversiones S.A.U. and its partners, Hidroeléctrica Futaleufú S.A. and its partners, BML Inversora S.A.U. and its partners, ENEL Argentina S.A. and ENEL Generación El Chocón S.A. • Piedra del Águila: Edison Inversiones S.A.U. and its partners, Central Costanera S.A., Central Puerto S.A., Pampa Energía S.A., ENEL Argentina S.A. and ENEL Generación El Chocón S.A. • Cerros Colorados: Edison Inversiones S.A.U. and its partners. The sale of the share package is framed under laws 27.742 and 23.696, which declared companies such as Energía Argentina Sociedad Anónima (ENARSA) and Nucleoeléctrica Argentina Sociedad Anónima (NASA) subject to privatization. The share package to be sold includes 51% of Class 'A' shares, 47% of Class 'B' shares, and 2% of Class 'C' shares, as specified in the resolution published in the Official Gazette.
