Argentina's Minister Celebrates Record Oil Output, Criticizes Kirchnerism

The Minister of Deregulation and State Transformation, Federico Sturzenegger, celebrated Argentina's record oil production in October and launched a scathing attack against kirchnerism.

Through his social networks, the official detailed that during his time at the oil company YPF, production nearly reached 800,000 barrels, which was the previous record for oil production. Oil production was approaching 800,000 barrels.

Then came the 'long night' of kirchnerism, and only now, 20 years later, are we back at the starting point to surpass the previous record. 'Long Live Freedom, Damn It!' he emphasized on social media X.

The Minister of Deregulation referenced a post from the Secretariat of Energy, led by MarĂa Tettamanti, which reported that oil production reached an average of 859,500 barrels per day in October, the highest value 'on record'.

'With the push from Vaca Muerta and clear rules for the private sector, the energy sector continues to grow,' stated the Secretariat of Energy.

In turn, he lashed out at kirchnerist-leaning governments for bringing the 'long night' to the energy sector, as learned from the Argentine News Agency.

'Between 1995 and 1998, I served as chief economist at YPF. The light has come on.'
