Argentina's Government Confirms November Long Weekend

The Javier Milei administration has defined the holiday schedule for November, confirming the creation of a four-day long weekend at the end of the month. The decision, aimed at boosting domestic tourism, is composed as follows:

Movable Holiday: The holiday for National Sovereignty Day, originally on November 20th (which falls on a Thursday this year), will be moved to Monday, November 24th.

Bridge Holiday: The government has declared Friday, November 21st, a "tourist holiday" (a non-working day for tourism purposes).

Thanks to this combination of a "bridge" holiday on Friday and the move of National Sovereignty Day to Monday, Argentina will have an extra-long four-day weekend:

Friday, November 21st: Tourist holiday. Saturday, November 22nd. Sunday, November 23rd. Monday, November 24th: Holiday for National Sovereignty Day.
