What are the lines of the Progresar Scholarship Program, its requirements, and how to sign up?
The scholarship amount is $35,000. Age is one of the requirements. You must be an Argentine native or naturalized, or a foreigner with legal residence in the country for 2 years and have an ID. Be between 18 and 24 years old. This extends to 35 years for people who do not have formal registered employment. The applicant's and their family group's income must not exceed three (3) Minimum Vital and Mobile Salaries (SMVM); non-contributory pensions for disability will not be considered as family income. Complete a professional training course or training path validated by the National Institute of Technological Education (INET) and considered strategic by the National Council of Education, Work and Production (CoNETyP).
