The National Government, through the Ministry of Human Capital led by Sandra Pettovello, has activated a new state aid program to help people find jobs. Among its specific objectives, it aims to "facilitate the formal insertion of young people and adults into the workforce" and "promote adaptation to dynamic work environments." The program will be directed by an Executive Committee (with honorary members). The initiative will fall under the purview of the Ministry's Cabinet Unit of Advisors, led by Pettovello.
The center will seek "to provide solutions to the shortage of technical profiles" in both traditional trades and technological fields. This is the "Human Capital Training Center," officially established this Thursday through Resolution 1105/2025 in the Official Gazette.
The main objective of the program is "to facilitate entry into the labor market." The costs of the initiative "will be covered by the ministry's existing budgetary allocations." The head of the Cabinet Unit of Advisors, Fernando Szereszevsky, will be in charge of dictating the rules for its implementation.
