The Torino, an iconic car in Argentine history, has regained relevance thanks to its appearance in the Netflix series El Eternauta. Mostly fueled by gasoline and equipped with manual transmission, this two-door vehicle can have mechanical or hydraulic steering.

Its presence in the series directed by Bruno Stagnarono is not coincidental, as the Torino has been a symbol of the country for many years, reinforcing the Argentine spirit that was meant to be conveyed in the adaptation of El Eternauta.

The red Torino featured in the series poster has become a visual icon and has sparked renewed interest in this classic national automobile. According to a survey conducted by Noticias Argentinas on buying and selling platforms, Torino Coupé models can currently be found in a price range from $7,000 to $35,000, depending on factors such as condition, mileage, and year of manufacture.

Among the more affordable prices is a 1974 Renault Torino Coupé TS for $7,500 in Entre Ríos, while one of the more expensive models is a 1980 Torino ZX Coupé for sale in CABA for $35,000, with only 100 kilometers driven. The most sought-after models are usually the TSX and 380 Coupé, manufactured between 1967 and 1981, many of which are offered restored or with their original mechanics.
