The Government suspends pensions that do not meet a 2.2% increase requirement, according to the latest consumer price index. In March, ANSES will process the payments for holders with that increase, as indicated by the new Mobility formula.
This month, pensioners will receive different amounts, for example: $223,297 for the Universal Pension for the Elderly (PUAM), $100,287 for Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) for Old Age and Disability, and $279,095 for Non-Contributory Pensions for Mothers of 7 children.
In addition, ANSES will pay a bonus of $70,000 to retirees and pensioners receiving between the minimum pension and $349,093. This additional amount will be added to the payments until the mentioned figure is reached. No application will be necessary to receive it, as it will be paid automatically.
The payment calendar for March for retirees and pensioners has been published by ANSES and will be distributed by the end of DNI. Those with a minimum pension will be paid according to the following scheme: DNI ending in 0 on March 12, in 1 on March 13, in 2 and 3 on March 14, and so on following the schedule until the DNI ending in 9 on March 20.
Those who exceed the minimum payment will receive their payments on later dates, starting on March 21 for DNI ending in 0 and 1, and continuing until March 28 for those with DNI ending in 8 and 9. The long weekend days between March 22 and 24 are also included in the payment calendar.
In summary, the 2.2% increase will be reflected in the March payments to retirees and pensioners, and a bonus of $70,000 will be added for those receiving between the minimum pension and $349,093. The ANSES payment calendar will follow the scheme by DNI end to facilitate the collection process for beneficiaries.
