The company Allaria acquired a stake in Banco del Sol, the digital entity of the Sancor Seguros Group, as part of a strategic alliance to strengthen the offering of financial services for businesses across the country. Through Allaria Créditos S.A., Allaria and Argenpymes will add new instruments and services to the digital bank's platform, facilitating access to financing and capital management for the business sector.
With this alliance, Banco del Sol will be able to incorporate Allaria's experience in the capital markets, its virtual wallet Allaria +, and its knowledge in agribusiness, real estate, and wealth management. According to Alejandro Simón, CEO of Sancor Seguros, "adding the strength and experience of Allaria will allow us to complete a comprehensive services proposal and advance our strategy to be a key partner for business growth across the country."
Juan Politi, vice president of Allaria and president of Argenpymes, highlighted that the alliance will make Banco del Sol a more powerful and innovative platform for the business sector. It is important to note that the operation is subject to the authorization of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic.
