The Confederation of Entities of Hydrocarbons and Related Commerce of the Argentine Republic (CECHA) has expressed its support for the deregulation of fuel sales and self-service. The entity stated that this measure will be beneficial for both consumers and station operators, providing new alternatives in the operation of businesses.
"It will be a useful tool for consumers and station operators, offering new alternatives in the operation of our businesses in the first stage," said CECHA. It also emphasized that this decision marks the beginning of a long process that involves a cultural change and places Argentina in line with what is happening around the world.
CECHA highlighted that the deregulation of fuel sales and self-service will be especially beneficial on holidays and during night shifts. It also underlined the importance of staff during the implementation of these measures, noting that modernization is key to the growth of the sector.
"It will be very useful on holidays and night shifts. Our staff will be of vital importance during its implementation. Modernizing is growing," concluded the entity.
