Several Argentine banks have launched a new mode of mortgage loans with no money limits, providing a unique opportunity to access home ownership. Among them are Supervielle, Banco del Sol, BBVA, Banco Galicia, Santander, and Banco Macro.

Supervielle offers an Annual Nominal Rate of 8.5% with a maximum term of 15 years, allowing a payment-to-income ratio that does not exceed 25% of the applicant's income. Additionally, the income of the spouse or family group can be included to access the loan.

On the other hand, Banco del Sol provides mortgage loans with an interest rate of 9% for those who deposit their salaries in the institution and 12.5% for those who do not. The term can be up to 20 years, financing up to 80% of the property's value, with a payment that does not exceed 25% of the verified net income.

In the case of BBVA, a mortgage loan is offered with terms of up to 30 years and an annual interest rate of 6.5% for those who deposit their salaries in the institution. The financing covers up to 80% of the property's value, and the payment-to-income ratio can reach 25%.

Santander presents an option with a fixed nominal annual rate of 7%, financing up to 80% of the property's value for permanent housing. To access this loan, the applicant must present the corresponding documentation, and the rate may vary depending on whether or not the salaries are deposited in the institution.

In the case of Banco Macro, a mortgage loan is offered with a term of up to 20 years for the purchase of a first or second home. The proposals from these banks provide greater flexibility and opportunities for those who wish to stop renting and acquire their own home.
