The doctor Nancy Edith Forlini, in charge of coordinating the home hospitalization of Diego Armando Maradona in the gated community San Andrés de Tigre, affirmed the importance of establishing direct contact with her if psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov needed information about the patient. Forlini emphasized that the team could not be contacted through personal cell phones or personal WhatsApp.
Forlini led the medical team that cared for Maradona's health after his discharge from the Olivos Clinic, where he underwent surgery for a subdural hematoma. Alongside her were clinical doctor Pedro Pablo Di Spagna, several nurses, administrative staff, and neurologist Jorge Macías, among others.
According to chats obtained by judicial sources, Nelsa Pérez, administrator of Medidom, belonging to Swiss Medical, created a WhatsApp group called "Tigre" which included members of Maradona's medical team. In those messages, it was detailed that communication with Cosachov had to be made through Forlini, Perroni, or Germán Dornelli, making it clear that any other member who responded would be removed from the team.
In an audio of a conversation between the head of home hospitalization and the nursing coordinator, it was evident that communications with neurosurgeon Leopoldo Luque and Cosachov were exclusive decisions of Forlini, advising them that they should not respond to personal calls or messages through their private channels.
In summary, important information about Maradona's health was under the control of Forlini, who established clear guidelines and determined the communication channels to maintain confidentiality and security in the treatment of the former soccer player.
