The project seeks to offer opportunities for listening, assessing interests, and providing practical tools for planning educational paths, from careers and technical training to trades and courses with rapid job placement. The Municipality highlighted that this approach aims to reduce inequalities in access to information about training alternatives, especially for those who lack academic support networks. Activities include group dynamics and consultation resources so that each participant can identify their profiles and inclinations, as well as learn about available options in their immediate surroundings. In Tigre, they explained that the plan is part of local inclusion and youth support policies, with a priority on educational continuity and the construction of sustainable personal projects. The schedule and meeting points are organized by locality and community venue, with the idea of sustaining the proposal during the season and extending it as demand requires.
