Residents of Rivadavia expressed their dissatisfaction with the lack of garbage collection in the last houses of the department alleys, despite paying taxes. They also complain about the neglect of public lighting, attributing it to the lack of tree pruning that ends up covering the lights and creating dark areas that promote insecurity. The complaint extends to the poor condition of the streets, lack of investment, and general insecurity.

"We are at the mercy of criminals," some neighbors expressed. Despite the precarious situation they find themselves in, they maintain hope of being heard and that basic services in the municipality will improve. In light of the inaction of Mayor Mansur, they have turned to the local Deliberative Council to request his intervention and put an end to the lack of cleanliness in the neighborhoods and districts of the region.

The letters sent to the HCD highlight the accumulation of "dry garbage" due to the lack of waste collection, exacerbated by the alleged shortage of collection trucks. Since Ricardo Mansur took office as mayor, residents' discontent has been increasing, who claim that neither he nor his officials pay attention to their complaints, which creates a feeling of abandonment and neglect by local authorities.
