Mayra Mendoza criticizes the new Clean Record project

The mayor of Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, pointed out that the new Clean Record project presented by the Government has former president Cristina Fernández de Kirchner as its main figure. Mendoza stated that Fernández is the only political leader capable of stopping the model of adjustment and misery, as well as opposing any act that compromises national sovereignty.

In her statements, Mendoza also criticized the leaders of the allied blocks who recently met with the Chief of Cabinet, Guillermo Francos, to discuss the agenda for the extraordinary sessions. According to Mendoza, these leaders are offering more than the government itself is requesting when they go to the Casa Rosada.

Additionally, the mayor of Quilmes launched criticisms at the Minister of Economy, Luis Caputo, whom she called the "king of the gamble." Mendoza expressed her concern over the discussion of new debt with the IMF by the national government, arguing that the alleged surplus being discussed is fictitious and does not reflect the reality of Argentine families.

In this context, Mendoza emphasized that the current economic policy is mortgaging the country's future, while workers lose purchasing power and more than 50% of the population lives below the poverty line.
