On Neuquén Street at 300, the Specialized Prosecutor's Unit for Crimes Related to Human Trafficking and Child Pornography in San Isidro initiated an investigation led by prosecutor Gonzalo Acosta and secretary Lorena Arguello. It was discovered that they used an account on the social network Telegram to distribute files containing child sexual exploitation content.

The operation took place in the Buenos Aires party of Pilar, where a father and his two children were arrested after the investigation revealed their illegal activities. The Guarantee Court No. 7, presided over by Dr. Walter Federico Saettone, ordered the raid, which resulted in the arrest of the three family members and the seizure of electronic devices containing evidence of the crimes.

The detainees, adult Argentine residents, face charges of 'Production and marketing of representations of minors under 18 engaged in sexual activities.' The Cyber Crimes Division Against Childhood and Adolescence continued the investigation after the discovery, successfully identifying the location from which the illicit materials were shared.

Currently, the detainees are at the disposal of the intervening magistrate, and the case is still under investigation to determine if there are other people involved in the criminal network. The Argentine Federal Police conducted a successful operation to dismantle this family clan accused of producing and marketing child sexual abuse material.
