In Neuquén province, the mother of an 18-month-old child who drowned to death will be charged with negligent homicide. The baby had been taken as an emergency to the Horacio Heller hospital, where health staff confirmed his death, prompting the Homicide Prosecutor's Office to intervene in the case.
