The body of Débora Bulacio, the woman who had gone missing in the coastal city of Necochea, was found in the area known as "Swan Lake" and the justice system accuses her boyfriend of femicide. Images recorded by security cameras place her boyfriend dragging a black bag towards the area during the early morning hours of Sunday. The body shows signs of blows, which confirms the femicide, while prosecutor Walter Pierrestegui, of the Functional Instruction Unit No. 20, was traveling to the scene to identify the body. The 39-year-old victim had been missing since Saturday, November 8th, when she went to a campsite with the detainee.
