On January 10, Mendoza will host a unique culinary fusion dinner featuring the best of Cuyana-Patagonian and Asian cuisine. Renowned chefs will offer a six-course menu with wine pairings.

A unique gastronomic event will take place in Mendoza next week. The "trans-Andean dinner" will combine the best of the regional Cuyo-Patagonian cuisine with international influences, especially Asian. A 6-course menu will be presented with options from both Mendoza's gastronomy and Peru-Japanese Nikkei fusion.

Among the dishes offered are the pomegranate of beans with piure and mussels or the tartare of tomato, lamb ham, and tiger's milk as the first course. Additionally, there will be a sweet and sour mix of white chocolate, peach, and black olives paired with sparkling wine, followed by a dessert with options such as Kinder Merengada, Strawberry Gummy, or Alfajor.

For those who prefer vegetarian options, they can choose a pickled radish with cheese, almond milk, and radish oil. As for the main courses, one can choose between a Chilean mariscal or a soupy rice with smoked trout and prawn tartar, paired with Chilean wine.

The event will take place at the Centauro restaurant, known for its focus on local producers and environmental sustainability. Recognized chefs such as Sebastián Weigandt from Azafrán, Aris Pabón, Sebastián Jara, and Antonio Moreno will participate in this culinary experience that promises to combine the best of the mountains and the sea in a fine dining and sophisticated atmosphere.
