The purpose of the plan, according to the official communication, is to provide comprehensive education that combines teaching with social and community support, to ensure fundamental learning at the start of the educational journey. The municipality added that the initiative is part of care, inclusion, and community development policies and will be coordinated with the provincial government in its territorial deployment.
