A group of neighbors in the Buenos Aires town of Ciudadela made a gruesome discovery when they found an abandoned bag on the street. Upon opening it, they were confronted with a bloodied human head inside. Witnesses immediately reported the disturbing find to emergency number 911, leading to the intervention of police authorities at the intersection of Boquerón and Buenos Aires, in the Tres de Febrero party.
The patrol command staff of Tres de Febrero requested the presence of forensic experts from the Scientific Police, the Tres de Febrero 12 police station of Ciudadela, and the DDI to initiate the relevant investigations. Security camera footage from the area is being carefully reviewed with the aim of reconstructing the events that led to this macabre discovery.
According to a video that has surfaced, two individuals are seen on a motorcycle, one of whom gets off to discard the bag in the middle of the street. This evidence has raised suspicions that both may be involved in the crime, intensifying the authorities' work. The Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) of San Martín has taken responsibility for conducting the investigation related to the case.
In the midst of the shock, a local resident who preferred to remain anonymous expressed: "I saw the head, it was bloody inside a bag, it's the head and the neck." Initial hypotheses suggest that the victim's body may have been dismembered and distributed at various points in the area. Investigative efforts are also focused on identifying the person affected by this disturbing event.
