A 13-year-old boy was punched by a completely unknown 30-year-old man while crossing a street in the Buenos Aires town of Brandsen. The attack resulted in facial injuries. According to the Argentine News Agency and local media, the incident occurred in a public place in broad daylight. Security cameras recorded the man striking the boy, who was walking unsuspectingly, and shouting at him: "Hey, dude, what's your problem with my mom?" After the first punch, the aggressor attempted to strike again, but neighbors intervened. The victim's father confirmed in a television interview that the man was going to hit the child again. "He was saved by passersby, but he would have finished him off," he said. "The blow could have killed him. This is a boy who is 1.60 meters tall and skinny, facing a man in his 30s who is taller. A child can't defend himself." The father also added that he filed a police report to create a legal record of such incidents. He said the attacker has already been identified, but it is unknown whether he will be arrested or has mental health issues.
