A fierce fire ravaged a warehouse located on Montes de Oca and Cambaceres, just a few meters from the Pueyrredón Bridge, causing panic among the residents of the surrounding towers who watched the scene in anguish. Fire crews from various localities such as Sarandí, Lanús, Wilde, Villa Domínico, and Dock Sud are working hard to contain the flames, in a challenging task due to the extent of the fire.
In the midst of the despair, a neighbor captured in a shocking video the exact moment when the structure of the warehouse collapsed, leaving all the onlookers stunned. This event was recorded during a live broadcast on Instagram Live, adding more drama to the situation already tense from the advance of the flames.
The charred warehouse, dating back to the 1930s and previously belonging to the company Colombo and Magliano, was engaged in the marketing of livestock, grains, and fields. Currently, the place was leased by a company from a different sector. Meanwhile, the column of smoke generated by the fire is so extensive that it is visible even from the City of Buenos Aires, increasing the concern of residents and local authorities.
